About

Most businesses don't need more software. They need what they already have to work together.

We're an agentic AI and automation company: we design the operating layer between a company's people, its software and its customers — then run it in production.

01  /  WHAT WE DO

Codoro is an agentic AI and automation company. We design and build the operating layer between a company's people, its software and its customers.

That means voice agents that answer and qualify calls, agents that act inside existing systems, workflow infrastructure that connects CRMs and APIs, custom software for the people doing the work, and document and data pipelines underneath all of it.

We are not an AI consultancy. We do not produce strategy decks about automation potential. We build the system, put it into production, and then tune it on real operational data.

02  /  WHAT WE BELIEVE
01

AI only matters once it is inside the operation.

A model that produces text in a separate tab has changed nothing. Value appears when the output writes to a record, triggers a call or closes a job.

02

Automation is a coordination problem.

+

The repetitive cost in most businesses is not the work itself, it is the noticing, chasing, re-entering and remembering between the work.

03

Deterministic where it can be, intelligent where it must be.

+

Bookings, writes and money should be exact. Language, intent and judgement are where AI earns its place. Mixing those up is how systems lose trust.

04

A system you cannot inspect is not finished.

+

Timestamps, logs, retries and exception queues are part of the build, not an afterthought. If it fails silently, it will fail expensively.

05

The best systems are unremarkable to use.

+

Nobody should have to think about the automation. The call gets answered, the job appears on the calendar, the report arrives.

03  /  THE PRACTICE

We work like engineers, not like an agency.

Small senior team, direct contact, no account layer between you and the people building the system. We start by tracing how work actually moves through the business, then decide what AI handles, what deterministic software handles, and what stays with your team.

01 / OBSERVE
Map the operation
How work actually moves, not how the org chart says it does.
02 / ARCHITECT
Design the system
What AI handles, what software handles, what people keep.
03 / BUILD
Connect everything
Agents, workflows, data and interfaces as one system.
04 / DEPLOY
Run it live
Into real operations, with monitoring and fallbacks.
05 / OPTIMISE
Tune on real data
Routing, scripts and thresholds tightened by what actually happens.
